Senior Marketing Associate
Job Location
This position is based at our head office near CMC square, Addis Ababa. The role requires the successful candidate to make calls and visit our clients throughout the city.
Job Purpose
The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in expanding Pinnacle Institute's market presence and client base. This involves not only marketing our products to new clients but also nurturing relationships with existing clients. The goal is to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction through effective marketing strategies and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and their staff.
• Provide potential clients with detailed and engaging information about our products and services.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales.
• Maintain accurate and professional documentation and records of all activities.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing activities are implemented according to plan.
• Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Analyze consumer behavior data to inform marketing strategies.
• And carry out other duties assigned by the general manager.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in the planning and ex*****on of the company’s marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized university in Marketing, Business management, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Amharic and English.
• At least four years of professional experience in Banking and Finance, Communications, Business Management, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
• A Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in more local and international languages
