በትም/ቤቱ ያሉ ታዳጊ ሕፃናት በላቀ ትምህርት አማካይነት አምራች፣ ሚዛናዊና ማኀበራዊ አመለካከት ያላቸው፣ ችግር ፈቺ፣ የተሟላ ስብእናና ለሰው ወገን ፍቅር ያላቸው፣ በሠላምና በኀብረት በሀገርም ሆነ በዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃ ሁለተናዊ ተሳትፎ የሚያደርጉ በሳይ ዜጐችን ማፍራት ነው፡፡
