Makko Billi Robo Call Attendant Launched
The task of child education is a combined effort of the school, parents , teachers and the children as well. Hence, the inter-communication of these parties is crucial in successful child learning process. In the older classical way parents have to go to the school for registration, settlement of fees, consultations, report card collection and all other status updates.
Recently, communication books are the daily practices where the parent and the teacher write comments and feedback daily or weekly to exchange regular student performance to one another. But there are still parents who are not living with their child to read and comment on the communication book. There are also parents who are not comfortable to come to the school like the old fashioned way to get latest information about their child school performance.

So What????????????? … We have the solution here at MBS.

Makko Billi School who is striving for excellence in quality education has come up with better solutions now. At Makko Billi you have several options other than the communication book and visiting the school. Since the inception of the school our dynamic web application is always active at www.makkobillischool.com . Parents can log in and access information and give their comments online. Furthermore, our school has launched a new application software known as Makkobilli Robo Call Attendant. By using this application we facilitate family participation and two way communication using computer and telephone technology. This project will also enable the school to post any information about a student academic performance and disciplinary status. It can be used to post exam results, ranks, absenteeism , monthly fee information, exam schedules and anything that school needs to announce to families. In addition it will also enable a parent to record and leave their comment/feedback so that it can be accessed by the school management.

The robo attendant allows parents, with any kind of phone types available, to access info about their child and school events in his/her language preference twenty four hour a day. What you need to do is just call 0221-120620 anytime from anywhere and follow the instructions. In order to access information about the performance of your child you should know his/her Student ID and Password ( phone code).

Some of the advantages of using this application software are:-
Parents do not have to have a computer and a skill to use web applications,
Parents will be able to get information about their child school performance and discipline status ,
School will be guaranteed every information about a student and school reaches to a parent assuming at least a parent will access the system once per week ,
Students tend to improve their behavior and academic performance because a parent and the school has a chance to do the right thing on time for the student due to the improved information flow,

Possible limitations in using this system is that the computer might be busy or shut down due to electricity or telephone line breakdown. In both cases parents should try again later on. For all other personal issues and contacts please call 0221 120621.

Robo Attendant (Online computerized student information center).
Makko Billi School has launched a software named as Robo attendant. This software provides online computerized telephone based resource regarding the students’ profile. Now you can call 0221 120620 and enter the student ID and password to hear first semester academic achievement of the student in MBS. We are sure that MBS is the first school in the nation to adapt this system in use.
