In partnership with our country’s library consortium (Consortium of Ethiopian Academic & Research Libraries (CEARL), with ASTU serving as an executive member), EIFL has negotiated a number of agreements with publishers that secure waived or discounted Article Processing Charges (APCs) for corresponding authors to publish their articles in open access.
