Today I spent over an hour waiting at city hall to make an appointment. The employees were struggling to figure out what paper I had to fill in. I ended up filling out the paper that I had requested in the first place.

When I received the document I smiled and said thank you. We even started chatting about my accent and life in this small town.

When life is good, it simply is good. Don´t get me wrong, a lot of thoughts when through my head, but I can always come back to one thing, which is. EVERYTHING IS AS IT SHOULD BE IN THE PRESENT MOMENT.

Breath in - breath out and connect to what is really happening in the now.

What does going ‘all in’ mean for you?

I read this post in a FB group and that got me thinking. I haven´t asked myself this question before, yet, it´s exactly what I have been doing and teaching all along.

"All in" means "all ME". Visualizing my goals (dreams, objectives), working out how to get there (babysteps) and then get out of my comfort zone because that zone has nothing to do with who I really am. That zone was created for me to keep me safe, lazy and compliant.

So, going all me means to rely on my feminine powers, my imperfections, my curiosity, my intuition and my passion and act on them. All in means to trust that I will land somewhere and continue my road. It means to trust myself and that my most inner desires is my soul guiding me.

And that´s how you become you!
