"Did you know that the first information about the "Fallas" dates from the mid-eighteenth century. The origin of the festival goes back to the ancient tradition of the carpenters of Valencia, who burned in front of their workshops, in the streets and public squares the old and useless junk together with the wooden contraptions that they used to raise the lamps that illuminated them while they worked in the winter months.

Until the beginning of the 20th century, the "Fallas" were high drawers with three or four wax dolls that were dressed in cloth clothes, until the artisans incorporated a new method of reproducing cardboard molds. Thanks to this evolution, the current faults reach 30 meters in height and can show off the craziest forms."
