“Cause-Effect”
As it often happen, behaviour are direct consequences of our own decisions and habits.
Complaining is the most lazy and useless I’ve ever seen.
The only way to stop it, is by a substitution work with more proactive habits.
At the end of the day,
you choose.
But consider that, if you choose to complain, that’s a very easy and comfortable road to NOWHERE.

It is common to talk about nature as an external beautiful thing to be treated at best and to enjoy with. “Save the oceans, the forests, the Bonsai, the Panda…” 🌊🌳🪴🐼
Wow!
Those are amazing components of the “nature puzzle”.
As many more others.
BUT,
As humans, we are part of it!
Nature is outside as well as (primarily) INSIDE us.
How could a disconnected body and mind take care of what and who needs help out there?
How a weak and lazy body could empathise with animals needs for wild environments, movement and freedom?
How an intoxicated and deviated mind could take care for forests contamination or avoiding burning?
The first step for a better respect and care about “outside nature” should be a better self love, care and connection with all the spectrum of “inner nature”.
More workout.
More sleep.
More love.
More feel.
More senses.
More smiles.
More quality food.
More cold.
More warm.
More discomfort to overcome.
More fight.
More run.
More breath.
More jump.
More ground.
More barefoot.
And more and more…
And BETTER.
