Some pics of last week at Vivarium: padel, tapas, sangria, hikes, a carnival parade and a flamenco show. We did a bit of everything 😎 and enjoyed a lot the summery weather. ☀️🫶🏻

First part of the week was about experiencing the last days of Fallas and partying and you can imagine what the weekend that followed looked like 😅 We enjoyed chilling in the sun at the beach, watching movies, taking walks in Turia park, enjoying sweet treats and doing some breathwork. In the end, a nicely balanced week! 🙏

We were lucky to witness La Cremà, the final act of Las Fallas in Valencia 🔥

La Cremà, meaning “the burning,” is when the incredible fallas sculptures are set on fire, marking the end of the festival. It symbolizes letting go of the old, purification, and making space for new beginnings.

Grateful to have experienced such a powerful and meaningful part of local culture together ❤️

Fallas is officially here and we already experienced the first mascletàs (daily firework shows during Fallas), the lights turning on above the city, Saturday marches with live instruments and of course paellas being made right on the streets.😎😉

Since Vivarium is in the city center it really feels like we’re completely soaked in the vibe and somehow part of it every single day. 💃🥳😍🥰

The Fallas has officially started in Valencia! 🔥🎆

We experienced La Crida, the official opening ceremony filled with lights, fireworks, and an incredible atmosphere in the city. ✨

We also visited the Exposición del Ninot, where the ninots (figures from the fallas) are displayed and the public votes for a winner- the only figure that will be saved from the flames.

Valencia is alive, and Fallas have just begun! 🇪🇸🎇
