An inspiring experience in Izmit Mesleki VE Teknik Anadolu Lisesi
during the Professional Excellence Days (PED) for Teachers

We explored innovative teaching methods with educators from across Europe and we learned about Auto Cove 2.0 focused on electric vehicles. ⚡🚗

In the first half of 2025 we had 3 student mobilities those being in
Izmit Mesleki VE Teknik Anadolu Lisesi, where four IT students from Isaac Newton Lycee School stayed at for four weeks, Koblenz (Germany), where an HVAC apprentice from XABEC had an internship in the company HEUSER, and in Valencia (Spain), where a multimedia and an informatics equipment management apprentice from Escola Profissional Val do Rio in an internship at Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional . We also had our professional excellence day for students, which took place K.A.B.A. Slovensko in Martin (Slovakia).

Two electrical apprentices from Lycée Newton in Paris have participated in a one-month internship at Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional in a programme funded by Erasmus+

Additionally, an English teacher from the same school has participated in a training activity with an English teacher from our center, exchanging best practices and also visiting the Virgen al Pie de la Cruz School in Puzol

Participants from Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional , Escola Profissional Val do Rio Lycee Isaac Newton, K A B A International and Handwerkskammer Koblenz attended the first Excellence Days for teachers!

This event, organized by our partner institutions Handwerkskammer Koblenz in Germany, has been a success.

Over two days, teachers discussed about the world of AI and digitalization, exploring innovative approaches to knowledge transfer in vocational training. Additionally, they had the opportunity to visit the company Canyon where they learned firsthand about their processes and technology. 🚀

Part of the Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional administrative team has visited the Izmit Mesleki VE Teknik Anadolu Lisesi. After sharing experiences with the center's management team, they had several work sessions with its administrative department to strengthen good practices in student enrollment and management.

Our colleagues also had the opportunity to present Xabec and promote the development of mobility between both schools. ✈️📖

🌐 International connections in the INNMAIN network!

This week, we celebrate the visit of Fondazione Cavanis Chioggia and Fondazione Casa di Ca**tà Arti e Mestieri to Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional organized by Scuola Centrale Formazione

The central themes of our collaboration were internationalization, mentoring tasks, and training in company. An enriching experience that strengthens connections and educational excellence in the INNMAIN network!

We have visited different VET Schools, with different Areas of knowledge, and also a Training Center in a railway company.

Hasan Burcin Mentes, director of vocational training at the Provincial Directorate of National Education of the Kocaeli region in Turkey, visited the Orly campus of LÉA-CFI.

This moment was an opportunity to debate the French and Turkish educational systems and practices in the field of European mobility in vocational training.

The morning ended with a visit to the educational workshops

Exciting news! 😃👏 In July, Ouattara Amadou, an industrial maintenance student at Lycee Isaac Newton, completed an internship suported by at FINA Flexible Packaging with a former Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional student as his instructor. The experience was incredible for both of them, and we hope to repeat it next year! 🙌🔧🏭

For one week two teachers from the electrical department and one teacher from the mechanical department of the Turkish school of
Izmit Mesleki VE Teknik Anadolu Lisesi visited Xabec Centro de Formación Profesional for a Job Shadowing activity.

They have learned our work methodology in the areas of electricity and welding, the incorporation of digital tools for teaching, the DUAL training, the digital fabrication laboratory and they have also visited the Welding Training Center and the Railway Maintenance Training Center.

The Innmain Association (www.innmain.eu) grows with new partners: the VET College from Krakow, Zespół Szkół Energetycznych w Krakowie could be the first member from Poland in 2023. Thanks to Waldemar Wnęk and the Foundation Proactywini for the organization of the meeting, for sharing the good practices of and and the visit to ASTOR Robotics Center.

Dear partners and friends,

We regret to inform you of the sudden death of our friend Wim Apples, the secretary of the Innmain Executive Board.

He was one of the main drivers of the Inmmain association.since the beginning. The friendship environment of our association is the result of his optimism and his happines. His words during the farewell dinner honouring Toni in the last Inmmain annual meeting held in Valencia still echo in our ears

Our condolences to his family, friends and colleagues of Curio. We ask for for prayers for his soul.
