The Thriving Schools project addresses the thematic area of Mental Health and Well-being in Education, focusing on how whole-school approaches and Positive Psychology can transform school environments.

By combining the PERMA model with social and emotional learning, the project empowers teachers, students, parents, and school leaders to foster resilience, meaningful relationships, and a positive climate for growth.

From October 21-25, 2024, participation in a job shadowing program at Universidad del Atlántico in Gran Canaria provided an excellent opportunity to present the results of the ProW research project! These findings generated insightful discussions and laid the groundwork for future collaborations!

Excited to share my experience participating in International Week at the University of Florida in Valencia! 🌍 It was an incredible opportunity to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures, fostering meaningful conversations.

Highlight of the week was our sustainability activity for the ProW project, where we shared insights of the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory aimed at promoting teacher wellbeing and career progression across Europe.

Grateful for the chance to represent the International Hellenic University and collaborate on such important initiatives. Looking forward to more opportunities like this in the future!
