Welcome to "Spanish online Eline"!

After living and working in England and Germany for many years, I have been living in Spain since 2003. In 2008 I successfully completed the CELTA course in London, after which I started teaching students of all nationalities. Since then I have worked for various language schools in Frankfurt and Spain and as a freelance teacher.
Whilst living in Spain I have also started teaching Spanish to help other foreigners speak the language and I have found that for many people a more practical approach to Spanish conversation is very useful.

In addition to English, I am also fluent in Dutch, Spanish and German.

During my online lessons, it is mainly the students who take the lead. In my experience, it is through talking that the underlying language rules are better addressed without too much emphasis being placed on learning them. Depending on the student's goal, I adjust my lessons accordingly so that together we achieve the desired result as quickly as possible, in a pleasant and personal way.

I teach all levels with special attention to improving Spanish conversational skills and I additionally provide tutoring to help children with their school work.

You can also contact me for translation jobs. I have extensive experience in translating websites, folders or marketing material.
