Dr. Suzanne O’Connell (B.Ed.,MBA) has been a teacher for more than 25 years. During that time she taught in primary and middle schools in England. After eleven years as a headteacher of a junior school she moved out to Spain with her husband and sons, Tom and Joseph. Since then she has maintained her passion for teaching through her English lessons in Las Culturas after school. She has trained to be a Cambridge examiner and is now registered to invigilate and carry out oral assessments for Young Learners, KET and PET exams. She continues to be involved in the world of education through writing for magazines and newspapers in England about schools and education. She edits Every Child Journal by Imaginative Minds and writes for Headteacher Update (Mark Allen Publishers). However, most of all she enjoys teaching itself.
