Ha sido un momento de gran inspiración, donde nos hemos reunido para reflexionar sobre los logros alcanzados y los desafíos que enfrentamos hacia adelante. Compartimos experiencias enriquecedoras, debatimos nuevas ideas y trazamos el camino a seguir para continuar nuestra misión de promover un cambio significativo en el sistema de atención psiquiátrica.

Estamos más comprometidos que nunca con nuestra causa y llenos de esperanza por lo que podemos lograr juntos. Agradecemos profundamente a todos los que forman parte de esta comunidad por su incansable apoyo y dedicación. ¡Sigamos adelante, unidos por una psiquiatría más humana y efectiva!

Last night I was asked a question that resonated deep within me like an echo: "Do you prefer writing books about the mind or playing music?" And in that moment, I realized the fortune that accompanies me on my journey, for I do not have to choose between my two great passions. I can fully dedicate myself to both, and in that privilege lies a profound message about the importance of pursuing what we love in life.

Our existence is a mosaic of precious moments, of opportunities that define our identity and our happiness. Too often, we find ourselves acting according to the expectations of others or what society imposes as the "right" path to follow. But what truly matters, what we must remember, is that our time here is limited and valuable.

It is essential to cultivate the flames of the passions that burn within us. To devote ourselves to what makes us feel alive, what makes our souls vibrate. Because when we immerse ourselves in our passions, we are capable of creating something extraordinary. Writing books about the mind is like a form of meditation, a deep dive into the depths of the human soul. It is an invitation to explore the intricacies of thoughts, emotions, and connections that make us unique. With every word written, I seek to illuminate the dark paths of the psyche, offering a compass for those who seek understanding and awareness.

But music, ah, music... it is a universal language that transcends the barriers of time and space. Playing is like dancing with emotions, transforming feelings into melodies that resonate in the hearts of those who listen. Each note is an embrace that captures the soul, a harmony that unites us in the chorus of existence.

And so, reflecting on the questions I was asked, I realize the importance of not giving up on any of my passions. Writing books about the mind and playing are both vehicles that allow me to share my being with the world. And in doing so, I hope to inspire others to cultivate their own passions, to find the courage to pursue their deepest dreams.

Life is a precious and fleeting gift, and we cannot afford to waste it by doing something that does not truly ignite our passion. Whether it is writing, music, or any other form of creative expression, what matters is following what brings us joy and meaning. For only by dedicating ourselves to our passions can we truly discover our authentic essence and leave an indelible mark on the world.

So let us raise our hearts to all those who have had the courage to pursue their dreams, who have left a legacy of inspiration and beauty. May each of us find the inner strength to embrace our passions, and may we all dance to the rhythm of our unique and precious melody in the symphony of life.

[MENTAL REPROGRAMMING AND IMPROVING PERFORMANCE]

✅ Thanks to mental reprogramming, I saved a lot of time and was instrumental in improving my performance. ✅

I was able to perform very well with very little training and exercise after many years of inactivity.

(And these are strategies that I apply in every area of my life, even in business and sports, and they work very well.)
⁉ But what is the problem with MENTAL REPROGRAMMING? ⁉

That those who talk to you about it still don’t understand what the mind looks like…

I mean, a cardiologist knows what a heart looks like and can help you, but these characters: how can they help you reprogram the mind if they don’t even know what it looks like?

⛔ For many years a design of the mind popularized by Bob Proctor has been going around and is being parroted by other guys in the field of education (some good, but still too immature/inexpert) without reflection. ⛔

I don’t study like that, I use the technique of reflective learning (I talk about it in some of my books) and I’m not in a hurry to churn out one course after another (nor am I on the hamster wheel of social networks that would like me to post all the time to curry favor with the algorithms)

I am free to devote as much time as I want to my studies, and that is also why my courses are much deeper than others (they are more powerful and cost 10 times less)

NOTICIA TENERIFE: "El nuevo presidente de NuevaPsiquiatría es el Dr. Zeloni Magelli".

El pasado 30 de abril, la Asamblea de Socios de la entidad NuevaPsiquiatría eligió por unanimidad al doctor Edoardo Zeloni Magelli como su nuevo presidente. Este profesional, promotor de la llamada Psicología Primordial, llevará las riendas de esta agrupación al lado de una junta directiva también designada con apoyo absoluto.

El nuevo equipo que acompañará al doctor Zeloni Magelli está integrado por Eugenia Herrera, quien lo secundará en calidad de vicepresidenta. David Fontanilla tendrá a su cargo la tesorería y Ayesha Orrantia será la nueva secretaria de la asociación. Why go back to smelling the roses?

We have all heard the expression that we sometimes need to “stop and smell the roses.”

This means that you are moving too fast in life and not enjoying some of its best features.

Perhaps you aren’t spending quality time with your family, you don’t allow yourself to take in the beauty of nature, or you don’t stop and look at your surroundings.

Whatever the case is, you want to take the time to observe what is around you randomly throughout your day to be able to cherish what you have.

Many busy people who struggle with handling their stress find this to be one of the best ways to recognize how blessed they are.

When they start to feel overwhelmed, they will stop what they are doing whenever possible and check out their environment.

They will notice the people around them, what they are doing, as well as how their voices sound.

They will see the bugs on the flowers or the birds flying in the sky.

You don’t need to observe your surroundings for a long period of time; you just have to make sure that you have at least a few minutes to observe where you are and what is going on around you.

Not only will this boost your observation skills, but it will also help you connect to the world.

Part of enhancing your photographic memory is learning as much as you can so that you can associate certain items to the things you need to remember.

The more knowledge you hold, the easier association becomes for you.
