These past Christmas days, we have received the visit from Manuel Higueras, an ex-student. He brought us a sweet present along with news about the creation of a creative chocolate shop in which he has got involved. You can see his great creations on his Instagram .h.chocolate

We have good news. Our student Carlos Sánchez-Tembleque got a brilliant second place in the final of ‘Máster de Tapas de Pimiento de Piquillo de Lodosa’ Competition in which 20 students from different culinary art schools all over Spain have participated. Carlos carried out a great avant-garde proposal guided by our head chef Javier Chozas Martín.

Michelin Star Gala December 2021 offered a great night to some of our ex students. Firstly, we would like to congratulate Mario Cachinero on his Michelin Young Chef Award. Secondly, we celebrate the 2-Michelin star got by Restaurante Iván Cerdeño and his incomparable gastronomic proposal. Congratulations!

Last week our school participated in the final national competition ‘Master Tapas’ with ‘Pimiento del Piquillo de Lodosa’ (designation if origin).
Our student Juan Gabriel enjoyed the competition where the main ingredient was the Lodosa pepper. Thanks to the organisation.

This term our students have enjoyed a great master class about whisky taught by Javier Martínez, Brand Ambassador of Pernod Ricard. Thanks to Avelino Paz for collaborating with our students’ learning.
