A table cultivated over time and trimmed into shape. Table, stools, even the hairstyles, all formed through the same gesture. Not through addition, but through subtraction.

Our last Open Kitchen explored the many expressions a single ingredient can hold. Its textures, its transformations, and all the possibilities in between.
Together with Barcelona-based spirit label SOIL SAVOURY SPIRITS these ideas unfolded across both the food and the drinks, rooted in something we keep coming back to: digging deep and staying close to what is already there.
Potato, tomato, zucchini, corn, chili, and stone fruit became the evening’s protagonists.

For Alvanon , a producer of dress forms specialized in diverse body shapes, we translated the versatility of the human body into an edible installation.

A series of custom body shaped trays became the canvas for colourful bites, each celebrating variation through form, colour and flavour.

Served a lot of flowers at our last Open Kitchen.

We explored the topic of flowers not only as fertile bodies, something to be pollinated, something that bears fruit, but most importantly as ingredients: edible, experimental and endlessly colourful. At the same time, we collaborated with creative house T A J M I and glass artist Natalie Dubrovska to look beyond the plate, where the flower appears as both a symbol and an aesthetic motif, translated into craft.

In Natalie’s glass sculptures, flowers are stripped of colour and taste, yet remain full of light.

We loved this edition very, very much.

Three days with
For their Polo Event series at , we created custom trays, molds, and jellies inspired by the Polo Factory and colors of the iconic Lacoste polo shirt. Thank you so much for trusting us, this was a blast!! 🐊

Polka dots seem to appear everywhere in fashion for some time now and hardly any new collection comes without them. Yet we have not seen many tablescapes or spaces translating this language into the physical experience of dining.
So we made a small conceptual study exploring how dots could take over a table and space.
Gigantic black balloons appearing like floating dots in front of white walls. Black dishes acting as oversized dots placed onto dotted tablecloths. Dotted seating. Dotted workwear. Dot dot dot ⚫️⚫️⚫️

Some snippets of our Open Kitchen #9, where we went all in on liquids. introduced us to his way of creating, not in the sense of simple juicing, but by pushing techniques like infusing, fermenting, and ageing. The menu responded, making this edition a dialogue of plate and glass.

Elements of travel, cloudy skies and window outlooks were the starting point for the table setup we created for and the launch of their Aluminium Luggage Line in London. We transformed their Regent Street store into a temporary air travel inspired dinner setting with aluminium tones, reflective surfaces and cloud like candycotton. Somewhere between window views, luggage pieces and airplane mode, guests moved through the evening over a menu by It was soso exciting to realise our first project in London! To many more adventures!
