Erasmus+ Education and Training - Open Europe

Are you from Belgium (Brussels-Capital or Wallonia), Croatia (Varazdin), Cyprus (Republic of Cyprus), Georgia (Adjara), Italy (Sardinia or Valle d'Aosta), Portugal (Azores or Madeira), or Romania (Timiș)? We invite you to apply for a paid traineeship in promotion, marketing, and community management based in Spain.

Traineeship Details
Period: February 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30-35 hours per week) with a flexible option to work remotely upon arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
Create social media content for OpenEurope’s international projects
Support the communications team in strategic project promotion
Design promotional materials (newsletters, posters, flyers, podcasts, videos)
Cultural & Language Training
Location: Mare de Déu Youth Hostel, Barcelona
Duration: First month of the traineeship
Course: 80 hours of Spanish lessons and 20 hours of Catalan, plus cultural visits in Barcelona and other Catalan areas
Financial Support & Benefits
Monthly stipend of €1200, disbursed at the end of each month
First month’s accommodation in a youth hostel (full board) is covered
Travel assistance for return home at the end of the traineeship

Candidate Profile
Education: Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, communication, journalism, international relations, or related fields
Skills: English (B2 level), basic Spanish (A2 level), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, social media management, SEO
Traits: Adaptable, collaborative, and open to varied tasks
