On January 30 and 31, we carried out an academic trip to Granada with our students. During the visit, we were able to explore some of the most representative sites of the city and work on various topics related to its history, culture, and heritage.

Tapas in Seville: understanding the city through its food. With our students, we experienced a tapas route that’s about much more than eating. In Seville, gastronomy is part of the city’s identity: it’s neighborhood life, tradition, and a very particular way of connecting with others.
Tapas, one by one, we discovered why Sevillian cuisine is a meeting point and a key element for understanding its culture.
