Truss Access gives no resistance benefit against fracture compared to conservative access. Several studies like “ Influence of access cavity preparation and remaining tooth substance on Fracture Strenght of Endodontically treated teeth” Giacomo Consertino, Simone Grandini at JOE speak about that. But what do you think?? More dentin mean more resistence or not?? More pericervical dentin means more resistence.?
