Consulting and training agency specialised in transnational EU-funded projects about education, mobi

INCOMA is a consultancy on European projects that came to life in 2003 in Seville thanks to the entrepreneurial spirit of a group of young people that had been beneficiaries of educational programmes financed by the European Union. During over more than a decade, INCOMA group has expanded its scope of activities, currently working with partners and clients in most European countries and other parts of the world. Throughout this period of time, INCOMA has increased and diversified its services. Apart from the consultancy services in the field of training, it offers a language school focused on teaching foreign languages, a company specialised in transnational mobility and consulting services to public and private entities in the field of training and mobility in Europe. INCOMA group’s objective is to facilitate mobility and increase citizenship training through ideas and initiatives under the framework of transnational projects. Therefore, it develops mobility and research projects, as well as projects aiming at the transfer and exchange of good practices, especially those focusing on projects targeting groups at risk of social exclusion and groups facing labour insertion difficulties (young employment people, women and immigrants). Its values relate to the cornerstone values of the European Union, namely democracy, social justice and the respect for cultural minorities, which are promoted and strengthened in all of the INCOMA group’s projects.

During our HARVEST week in Da Lat, we had the opportunity to visit La Viet Coffee, one of HARVEST's associated partners, and later travel to the Là Việt Coffee Garden in Trạm Hành to learn more about coffee cultivation, care and harvesting.

The visit started at Là Việt Coffee, where we learned more about the company and its approach to coffee. Founded by Trần Nhật Quang, who moved from teaching at Da Lat University into coffee and agriculture, Là Việt has developed its work around creating added value along the coffee chain, from coffee production and processing to roasting, products and the relationship with consumers.

We walked through the growing area and heard about the cultivation and harvesting process. The farmer explained how the Arabica plants are grown together with the pine trees that form part of the existing forest. The combination creates an agroforestry system in which coffee production takes place within a more diverse landscape instead of replacing it. Keeping trees within the production system can help moderate heat and water stress, protect soils and support biodiversity, making agroforestry an important approach to building resilience in coffee farming as the climate changes.

Là Việt places the Vietnamese market at the centre of its business, with a focus on serving local consumers and developing products that respond to Vietnamese tastes and coffee culture. The company also exports to international markets, including Japan, Germany and Australia. For Quang, this international dimension is connected to a wider ambition for Vietnamese coffee to stand alongside the world's recognised coffee-producing countries in terms of quality, while sharing Vietnam's coffee culture with consumers in Vietnam and abroad.

From 22 to 25 September 2026, the HARVEST consortium met at Trường Đại học Đà Lạt Da Lat University, Vietnam, for its second face-to-face meeting and the Train-the-Trainers workshops.

One of the meeting´s focuses was the progress of the micro-courses and micro-credentials currently being developed by the partners on sustainable agriculture, food systems and the right to food. Universities discussed the structure and content of the courses, approaches for ensuring their accreditation and recognition at national and international level, as well as the development of Student Innovation Hubs to support students in bringing their ideas into practice.

The Train-the-Trainers workshops focused on practical approaches that universities can apply when delivering the HARVEST micro-courses. Sessions included Service Learning and AI-supported assessment and feedback, alongside innovative teaching strategies, digital tools, well-being and emotional intelligence. Participants discussed how these approaches could be adapted to their own teaching contexts and to different student learning needs.

A big thank you to our colleagues at Da Lat University for their warm welcome and excellent organisation of the meeting. Their commitment and hospitality contributed to creating a productive environment for collaboration and exchange among all HARVEST universities and partners.

Back from Graz after a very enjoyable few days at the CoP CoVEs Forum at FH JOANNEUM

INCOMA was there representing PortAbility EU Project , joining the exchanges, the workshops and even Monday’s football match ⚽

We were especially happy to join the PortAbility workshop No One Left Behind – Embedding Social Inclusion in Centres of Vocational Excellence, together with our partners Ciofs-Fp, Rinova, Δήμητρα Εκπαιδευτικός Οργανισμός, MMC- Mediterranean Management Center Ltd, Rete Economia civile "Sale della Terra" and IDEC S.A. It connects closely with where PortAbility is right now, moving from the Blueprint work into the next phase and looking at how VET, guidance and local actors can respond to changes in port-city economies without leaving people outside those opportunities.

Plenty of ideas to take home, some new connections, and a lot of fun along the the way.

📢 Erasmus+ needs a budget that matches its ambition
At INCOMA, we join Association of Institutes for Vocational Training - EVBB in supporting and amplifying the Lifelong Learning Platform (LLLP) campaign for a higher Erasmus+ budget under the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework.
Erasmus+ is much more than a mobility programme. It is a key European instrument for strengthening education and training, vocational excellence, inclusion, cooperation and innovation across Europe and beyond.
However, the budget currently proposed by the European Commission does not fully respond to the programme’s growing needs, objectives and scope.
At a time when Europe is facing major social, economic, digital and environmental transitions, reducing the ambition of Erasmus+ would mean limiting opportunities for citizens and for the organisations working every day to build a more resilient, inclusive and future-ready Europe.
We therefore join the call from EVBB and the Lifelong Learning Platform: Erasmus+ must be adequately funded, and education and training must remain at the heart of the European project.

Another meaningful closing moment for Projeto IMPAR . This time at UTANGA 🎓

After completing both the introductory and advanced social entrepreneurship courses for young women, participants used the final ceremony to share what the experience had meant for them, including how some had been able to strengthen businesses they were already running. The event ended on a particularly fitting note, with the coffee break prepared by the trainees themselves.

Congratulations to the participants, trainers and the UTANGA team on bringing this stage of IMPAR to a close. 👏

We are very pleased to see the IMPAR social entrepreneurship training concluded at Universidade Pedagógica de Maputo - UPM, with 20 young women completing the programme. 🎓

The closing ceremony brought together participants, trainers and university representatives, and also gave space to several trainees to present initiatives they are already developing, including personalised food services, poultry farming and chicken sales, the processing of agricultural products into preserves, fruit sales and agribusiness activities.

Congratulations to all the participants and to the UP-Maputo team on completing this important stage of the project. 👏

We are very pleased to see another important stage of the IMPAR training pathway completed, this time at the Universidade Independente de Angola (UnIA). 🎓

Participants have now completed both the introductory and advanced IMPAR training programmes in social entrepreneurship for young women, strengthening skills in areas such as entrepreneurship, leadership, communication and sustainability.

We are pleased to share that the DIGI-FRAME project officially kicked off in Palermo in June 2026 ✨

It was a pleasure to meet all the partners involved, with whom we will collaborate over the next three years to achieve our shared goals and further develop the concepts discussed during the kick-off meeting. Over two engaging days, partners aligned on common objectives, exchanged ideas, and took important decisions to ensure a strong and coordinated start to the project, laying the groundwork for developing an innovative AI-powered framework for digital skills assessment.

INCOMA is delighted to be part of this initiative and looks forward to contributing to the advancement of digital education and the recognition of competencies.
