Very happy and proud to start 2024 with a paper just accepted in Entrepreneurship Regional Develoment (ERD): "Gender and S*x in Starting up: A social stereotype approach"
In It, we clearly show how differently gender and s*x affect . Gender Role Orientation influences self-percetions in the cognitive stage. In turn, the effect of S*x is concentrated on the behaviouarl state (actual starting up). We argue that descriptive and prescriptive stereotypes explain these different effects of gender and s*x in starting up.
