Over two inspiring days, more than 100 colleagues from across our partner universities came together last week in MCI The Entrepreneurial School to reflect, connect, and shape what comes next 🤝🌍 From open discussions to collaborative sessions, the energy and commitment to co-creation were truly remarkable 💡

We celebrated our achievements, explored new ideas, and defined key priorities for the future—across education, research, innovation, and student engagement 🎓🔬

The summit also sparked meaningful conversations about the role of European Universities and the impact we can create together 🌟

Stronger, more connected, and ready for the future—this is just the beginning of Ulysseus 3 💙

Finally, the week concluded with the inspiring celebration of MCI’s 30th anniversary, reinforcing a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term collaboration.

Futures thinking is taking centre stage at the Ulysseus MCI Innovation Hub Days, hosted by MCI The Entrepreneurial School on 9–10 June 2026 🚀

Researchers, innovation managers, and ecosystem partners from across the Ulysseus European University Alliance are coming together to exchange ideas, co-create, and build meaningful collaborations under the theme “Exploring the Futures of Entrepreneurship” 🤝

From the Futures Lab led by Dr. Friedrich Hinterberger 🔍—where participants dive into emerging challenges and future scenarios—to inspiring MCI research presentations, the event is full of fresh perspectives. The introduction of FutureScomp Austria 🎓 highlights the importance of future literacy, while the Entrepreneurial Journey 🌱 offers real insights into how ideas grow into impactful ventures.

The Ulysseus Innovation Hub on Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Impact is also in the spotlight, accelerating technology-driven and sustainable business models across the alliance 🌍

Ulysseus European University successfully delivered the Ulysseus Summer School on Innovative Pedagogy, hosted by Università di Genova from 18–22 May 2026 🇮🇹

This Blended Intensive Programme brought together participants for an advanced professional development experience inspired by the Ulysseus Pedagogical Guidelines 📚 Through a mix of online preparation and five intensive on-site days, participants explored innovative, student-centred, and future-oriented teaching approaches.

Interactive workshops, peer exchange, and reflective activities focused on key principles such as competence-based course design, authentic and challenge-based learning, and the meaningful use of digital tools and AI 💡🤖

By combining theory with hands-on practice and international perspectives, the Summer School supported participants in shaping innovative teaching strategies aligned with the Ulysseus educational vision 🌍
