We are a center specialized in teaching medical and health sciences Spanish online, via Skype. We also provide medical and technical translation services.
What makes our company unique?
- We are the only language center in which teachers are medical specialists (neurologists, cardiologists, psychologists, dentists, podiatrists, etc.) They work in the best hospitals in Spain and they have experience teaching Spanish for foreigners. Other language centers have philologists who are not doctors, who know the general language but who don´t know the meaning of medical and technical terminology.
- All our doctors are Spanish and they were born in Spain. We teach the original Spanish of Spain that is understood in all the countries of Spanish speech.
- We offer classes 24 hours a day, regardless of the time zone. You can book in advance the time that best suits you.
- In order to apply for these medical lessons, students should already have a lower intermediate to intermediate knowledge of Spanish. Students who do not have the necessary level of Spanish are advised to enroll in our additional General Spanish lessons before the Medical Spanish lessons.
- We also offer General Spanish lessons (basic, intermediate and advanced Spanish)
- Official Exams. DELE - The Diplomas in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) are the official Spanish language diploma/exams, internationally recognised, granted by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education.
- APM Diploma in Medical Spanish – official Spanish language diploma recognized granted by the best hospitals around the world.
How are the classes?
- Every lesson has a duration of 60 minutes (available also 30 or 90 minutes)
- You can decide which field of medicine or health sciences you would like to learn: endocrinology, neurology, cardiology, psychology, psychiatry, dentistry, podiatry, anatomy, biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.
- Medical vocabulary, terminology, and idioms. Role-play. Doctor - Patient relationships. Understanding medical reports and case studies. Medical abbreviations. Using study material from leading Universities and medical institutes, these lessons are carefully compiled from specialist medical resources, current case studies, topical reports and journals.
- Our teachers try to speak only in Spanish during the classes. That way, the student could begin thinking and expressing himself only in Spanish.
- We use our neuroscience knowledge to get a better improve in the language learning.
