Professor, Bert Hellinger, for those who don't know, passed away 9/19/19. The German who was once a priest, quit being single and became a psychotherapist and writer.
He was 93 years old, is worldwide known for having created the therapeutic method "Family Constellation".
He left this wonderful text below.
“Life disappoints you so that you stop living with illusions and you see reality.
Life destroys everything that is superfluous until all that is important is left.
Life doesn't leave you alone, so stop blaming yourself and accept everything as it is.
Life will take what you have from you, until you stop complaining and start being thankful.
Life sends people in conflict to heal you, to stop looking outside and start reflecting what you are inside.
Life will let you fall over and over again, until you decide to learn your lesson.
Life takes you out of the way and presents you with crossroads, until you stop wanting to control everything and you start flowing like a river.
Life puts your enemies on the road, until you stop “reacting”.
Life scares you and will scare you as many times as necessary, until you lose your fear and regain your faith.
Life takes you away from the people you love, until you understand that we are not this body, but the soul it contains.
Life mocks at you again and again until you stop taking everything seriously and laugh at yourself.
Life is breaking you into pieces as it is necessary for light to get through
Life deals you with rebels, until you stop trying to control.
Life repeats the same message, at least with screams and slaps, until you finally hear it.
Life sends lightning and storms to wake you up.
Life humbles you and sometimes beats you up over and over until you decide to let your ego die.
Life denies you goods and greatness until you stop wanting goods and greatness and begin serving.
Life cuts its wings and cuts its roots, until it no longer needs wings or roots, but disappears into forms and your being flies away.
Life refuses you miracles, until you understand that everything is a miracle.
Life shortens your time, so you hurry up to learn to live.
Life mocks at you until you become nothing, nobody, then you become everything.
Life doesn't give you what you want, but what you need to evolve.
Life hurts and torments you until you let go of your whims and tantrums and enjoy breathing.
Life hides treasures from you until you learn to go out in life and look for them.
Life denies you God, until you see Him in everything and everyone.
Life wakes you up,shakes you up,break you down... But believe me, it's for you to manifest at your best.. until only LOVE remains in you. "
