​Love as an Internal Awakening: We often mistakenly link love to the external outcome—whether the other person stays, or reflects the exact same feeling back. In truth, the love that another person awakens inside of you belongs to you. It is an enrichment of your own soul, turning on an internal light that you have the power, belief, hope, and courage to keep alive forever—independently of the other person or the outcome.

​The Expansion of the Heart: Every time you dare to love deeply, you never lose—you gain. The awakening happened for you to remember your baseline capacity to love, to expand your light, and to eventually become that light for yourself.

​5. Reclaiming the Courage to Walk Your Heart’s Path

​When the heart's fire is threatened by heartbreak or fear of persecution, the ego tempts us to drop back down into survival mode. We seek paths that promise safety, guarantees, and security.There Are No Real Guarantees

​We must realize that the "safe" paths offered by society or family conditioning are built on a total illusion. There is no guaranteed path in this life.

​The Cost of Hiding: Choosing to play it safe, hide your essence, and suppress your heart does not protect you. Instead, it creates slow internal toxicity—manifesting as physical illness, depression, and loss of vitality.

​The Fuel of the Soul: Following your heart may feel wild and unguarded, but it is the only path that generates continuous energy. Living your truth keeps you healthy, vital, and endows you with the radiant fire required to literally move mountains." It's my text I hope you enjoy. The ancient stories of every mythology are not from pure imagination for entertainment. When they talk about demons, monsters, wars and sacrifices and heroes and blessings they express our inner journey. Each one of us have to face obstacles, wars, periods of loss, darkness within ourselves. Actually the inner wars and mountain hikes might be way more difficult than any of the other conflicts in our lives. What are your strengths and weapons you can rely on in your internal battles and challenges? What are your inner resources you can nourish your self when exhausted from an internal dynamic? Who gives you courage to keep going when you feel lost or weak? This is what we should learn from sacred texts and apply them every day .. when you have a cycle of thoughts that you want to break some inner boundaries you want to set, when you want to open up to a bright version of yourself that noone ever reflected at you.. always go back to the breath.. pause and realize that every second you can choose who you want to be, who you are becoming. And you , only you, are the creator of your reality. If you don’t use your awareness and strength, others will create your experience. But at any moment you can reclaim your plwer of your thoughts, your emotions, your actions and the situations in your life! 🙏💪❤️✨🔥🙏 remember this.
