🌍Within the ESGEA Erasmus+ Project, a series of innovative training courses have been developed to strengthen knowledge and skills related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles.

These courses were designed to support professionals, companies and stakeholders in understanding how ESG practices can be integrated into daily activities and decision-making processes. Through practical content and accessible learning materials, the training provides key insights into sustainability, responsible governance and social impact. 📚💻🌱

As part of the project’s innovative approach, ESGEA also developed an Intelligent Learning Bot 🤖✨ to support participants throughout their learning journey. The bot helps users access information quickly, answer questions, guide them through the courses and enhance the overall learning experience in an interactive and personalized way.

Together, the platform and the bot represent one of the most significant outcomes of the ESGEA project, contributing to the development of more sustainable business models and supporting the transition towards a more responsible, digital and resilient economy. 💙

As part of the European Maritime Day in Cyprus, we took part in the EU4OCEAN – Strengthening the European Ocean Literacy Community workshop, addressed to teachers and career advisors.

The event informed participants about the process to become a Blue School and obtain the official certification, integrating ocean literacy and blue careers into school programmes.

We spoke about blue economy and highlighted the Next BlueGeneration Project, which not only promotes blue career opportunities for young people, but also helps teachers and guidance counsellors better understand ocean-related professions and the skills they require.

Hoy hemos visitado el colegio para mostrar todas las herramientas del proyecto . Alumnos, docentes y orientadores han podido utilizar los juegos y demás herramientas. Estas herramientas ayudan a los estudiantes a conocer más opciones de carreras azules dentro de los sectores de la economía azul.

📣Ayer hemos estado en el colegio Fra Joan Ballester compartiendo con los alumnos, docentes y orientadores, los resultados y todas las herramientas que se han desarrollado a través de estos 3 años con el proyecto Next BlueGeneration.
Los alumnos han podido navegar a través del Juego NBG donde a través de esta actividad interactiva han podido identificar sus habilidades blandas para luego conectarse con posibles carreras azules.
Los docentes y orientadores también han tenido la oportunidadad de conocer la plataforma pathway y el curso online gratuito.
