This little fella insisted on joining the Rose Quartz Crystal Facial today.
His human requested a one‑night stay to retreat and reset with a crystal facial … and he decided he wanted the Reiki and rose‑oil bliss too.

Seven years ago this week, my heart failed — and in a strange way, it also woke up.

What followed wasn’t just recovery. It was unravelling, rebuilding, and learning to live from a deeper, quieter place.

I’ve walked through fear, misdiagnosis, uncertainty, and the long shadow that trauma can cast after a health crisis. And I’ve learned this:
**your body remembers, but it also knows how to heal.**

I’m sharing this today not for sympathy, but for anyone carrying the weight of their own health story.

Today’s online Reiki share was one of the most powerful healing spaces I’ve held in a long time.

With the new moon energy supporting us, and I personally worked with sacred Cacao plant medicine, something truly shifted for us. Layers were released, clarity came through, and deep healing unfolded in ways that words can’t fully capture.

It was such a beautiful reminder that it’s about the energy, intention, and openness to receive what we set out to manifest using the new moon in Ta**us energy.

We worked with Reiki energy to heal the glitches preventing us from getting there, such as shifting the origins of self-limiting beliefs an/or fears that we can't actually achieve our dreams, or that we're not good enough to get there.

Feeling so grateful for these moments of connection and transformation 💛
