I am passionate about the experience of traveling abroad and meeting new people. Cultural diversity is for me a unique vantage point to experience the magic of teaching and learning at the same time. I adore nature, children and animals. Being from Argentina, with more than 20 years of working with young people who break boundaries, I myself have broken some bounds when moving to Spain to continue walking the same path that many destinations and adventurers have.
‘Vale! Aula de español’, is the place from where I want to provide options to continue with this journey, despite Covid-19. Offering some alternatives to continue the process and the adventure of teaching and learning Spanish.
If you find yourself in the same direction, I hope to encounter you at any intersection to start a new journey together.
Why the term “Vale” is used to refer to this Spanish classroom?
Vale, de acuerdo, okay, dale, j'accepte! va bene, einverstanden, sale y vale,´ta, ta bom, among others. All terms that indicate acceptance and agreement to something.
But ‘Vale!’ is something more than a widely expression used in Spain. It is also my name! Many people who know me well, call me by my middle name: ‘Valeria’, affectionately, ‘Vale’.
Thus, from a mix of meanings among “vamos” “de acuerdo”, “está bien”, “entendido”, etc. and my name, I will give identity and personality to this space that I want to share with you.
