A day to look beyond our planet! 🌍

Our Year 8 pupils enjoyed a fantastic visit to the Planetarium, where they learnt about the Artemis Programme, explored the challenges of space exploration and took a journey through the Solar System. 🪐

They also learnt how to observe our night sky, discovering its constellations and the fascinating mythological stories behind them.

To finish the day, they put their new knowledge to the test with a fun Kahoot… and our KEN KEN team came out on top!

A wonderful day of science, curiosity and fun.

The preparation for the Excellence Programme begins! 🎓

Our 2º bachillerato pupils have already started working on one of the academic challenges of this school year: their participation in the University of Navarra Excellence Programme.

In this first stage, they are working in teams to prepare their presentations, share ideas, carry out research and learn how to communicate and defend their proposals clearly and confidently.

A project that will help them develop essential skills such as critical thinking, communication, research and teamwork.

Best of luck to them all! This is only the beginning.

Back to school… but some memories are still with us 🥾

As Kensington opens its doors once again for the start of a new school year, we are still looking back on one of the highlights of last year: the Camino de Santiago with our 1º de Bachillerato and IB1 pupils.

Kilometres walked together, perseverance, friendship and countless shared experiences made this journey truly unforgettable. Because some journeys may come to an end, but the memories stay with us.

🎉🏆 IGCSE2026 | Congratulations to the Kensington School Class of 2026 on their outstanding IGCSE results!

These achievements highlight the dedication and ambition of our students, the expertise of our teachers, and the continued support of our families and wider school community.

As Paul Murphy, Executive Head of Kensington School, shared:

“We are incredibly proud of our Year 11 students and everything they have achieved. This year, 56% of grades were awarded at A*–A and 81% at A*–B. These excellent results reflect our students’ hard work and determination, as well as the individualised support and dedication of our teachers and the encouragement of our families.

Our students have demonstrated that they are ready to take on the next stage of their academic journey with confidence. Whether continuing with the IB Diploma Programme or the Spanish Baccalaureate, they do so with a strong academic foundation, the skills to embrace new challenges and the ambition to achieve their goals.”

Congratulations to our students, teachers and families on this fantastic achievement. We look forward to seeing the Class of 2026 continue to thrive and reach new heights. 👏

It is always a good time to look back on our End-of-Year Ballet Festival 🩰

An afternoon filled with elegance, dedication and emotion, where our dancers truly shone on stage, showcasing all the hard work, commitment and enthusiasm they had invested in every rehearsal.

A beautiful performance that left us with wonderful memories and allowed us to celebrate, once again, the talent and passion of our ballerinas.
