Productive days in Vigo within the framework of the TourVET

As part of the TourVET project, we had the pleasure of taking part in a working visit to Vigo and its region, combining project meetings, partner exchanges, and learning activities.

📍 Programme highlights:

- All partners met at our host’s office in Vigo for a joint project meeting. This session focused on project progress, coordination between partners, and the next implementation steps.

- Meetings in Vigo with our partner , allowing fruitful exchanges on local practices and cooperation in vocational education and training for tourism.

- We visited our partners from in Pontevedra. The morning included a brief Learning Activity, offering practical insights and reinforcing the link between training institutions and the tourism sector.

This visit strengthened collaboration among partners and contributed to the exchange of experience, innovation, and good practices within the TourVET consortium.

🎶 Portuguese Turistic Region of Alentejo just launched new itineraries, inspired by traditional Cante Alentejano.

Classified by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Hermitage of Humanity, the popular music is considered one of the deepest expressions of the soul of Alentejo.

🧳 The new itineraries are called "5 walks in the Alentejo with Cante in Your Ear" and allow discovering the territory, valuing landscapes, gastronomics and cultural traditions.
