I could tell you how much weight my client has lost.

But that wouldn’t tell you the most important part of her story.

She learnt how to train.
She learnt how to fuel herself.
She stopped fearing the weight room.
She understands why the scale fluctuates.
She trusts herself more than she did twelve weeks ago.

That’s the transformation I’m interested in.

Because I’m not here to make women smaller.

I’m here to help them become stronger, more capable and more confident.
