Sometimes the biggest release doesn’t happen in stillness — it happens in that moment you step into something that used to feel impossible.
After my C-section I was scared of backbends for years.
And practicing with and the .yoga was the first time I actually felt safe enough to go into that “danger zone” again.
Practice humbles you.
It opens.
It empowers.
It heals you in ways your mind can’t always make sense of. ♥️
And honestly — this is why I love practicing.
And why I love teaching.
Because when we have time, presence, and the space to really look at each body and what it needs… things shift.
Little by little, you see people doing poses annoying witness them realise, “oh… maybe this IS possible for me.”
With the right guidance and support, the poses you resist the most often become the ones that set you free.
