ACTIVITY 2: MINDFUL BEACH CLEANING

We have the opportunity to practice mindfulness and then start cleaning the beach. Mindfulness helps to feel more conected to Nature, to what surroundes us.

ACTIVITY 1: WOOD BATH

Wood Bath is a way of conecting with trees, and has demonstrated to have excelent benefits for health.

Here is a brief summary of the program we had in Palma for LIO. Activity 1 was a beautiful forest bath, the second was a practice of mindfulness on the beach where we took the opportunity to clean it consciously, the third was a philosophical reflection while we were walking in the streets of Palma about how many things we, human beings, produce and buy, and in reality we do not need it and that distances us from Nature. The fourth activity was a visit to the Bellver Castle forest where, in addition to games, we were able to reflect on how our time relates to, and forgets about, nature.

Our training in Palma de Mallorca for LIO was an adventure and a success! It took place from September 18 to 21, 2024 and has resulted in an holisitic training for the participants, a way to relate to Nature and learn "outside".
