24 hours. A clock that never stops. Kyle Payne is a Stock 600 class winner at the Barcelona 24 Hours. 🇪🇸🏆
Endurance is the ultimate test of the quiet mind — a day and a night of holding focus while the body fatigues, the light fades and comes back, and the pressure never once lets up. Win that, and you've mastered what most riders never touch: staying calm for the long haul.
Huge congratulations, Kyle — sensational ride. 👏

The German GP — P11, Cormac's best result of the season. 🇩🇪
A weekend that built and built: Friday practice, straight into Q2, a season-best qualifying, and now a season-best race finish to carry into the summer break. That's not a fluke — it's a rider learning to deliver when it counts, at the track he loves.
Plenty of positives, plenty to build on. Heads down over the break, back stronger. 👊

Donington done. Superpole Race P6, Race 2 P8 — a solid weekend with plenty of points banked. 🇬🇧
Two more races, two more top-eight finishes, held together under pressure across the whole weekend. That's the mark of a rider who stays calm when it counts — repeatable pace, not luck you hope for.
That's the work behind the In The Zone App: training the state, not chasing it. On to the next one. 👊

Qualifying at the Sachsenring — P11, a new 2026 season-best. 🇩🇪
Here's the bit that matters: he was 22nd in FP2 this morning. Same track, same bike, hours apart — and he found the time exactly when it counted. That's not a setup change, that's a head that stayed calm while the pressure climbed.
A 1:25.451 puts Cormac on row four at the track he calls his favourite, alongside Adrian Fernandez and Joel Kelso. When the mind is quiet, the lap is already there — you just stop getting in its way. That's the work we do inside the Flow Performance Programme.
Row four. Now the race. 👊

Friday at Donington — P8 in combined practice. 🇬🇧
Donington is old-school: fast, flowing, blind crests and no room to think twice. A track that rewards a rider who's in the zone and out of his own head — the moment you start managing the doubt instead of riding, the lap's already gone.
Balda rode quiet and let it come — top-8 pace, straight into the mix on day one. Quiet mind, free hands. That state isn't a mood you wait for, it's one you can train and call on under pressure — which is exactly what the In The Zone App is built to rehearse midweek so it's there on Sunday.
Its going to be a hot one 🔴
