ENGLISH -> In yogic Philosophy inversions would be the fountain of youth. This is because, according to this philosophy, we all have Amrita or “nectar of life” stored within our bindu, a psychic center located at the top of the head towards the back, at the same plane or height of our 3rd eye.
It takes years for just one drop of this nectar to be created, thus, how precious it is. Our Amrita can be depleted by eating badly, bad habits or by negative thoughts. These behaviors make it travel downwards, until it is consumed by the upward flow of agni, or digestive fire, located in our manipura chakra (3rd) When amrita is lost, life itself has lost its shine. Inversions instead invert this process, helping us store our Amrita within our bindu. When we are inverted our Amrita remains safely in its place, it’s downward flow is prevented, thus keeping us youthful. Plus the agni, or digestive fire, that always travels in an upward direction, still does so when inverted, traveling towards the a**s, cleansing and purifying our digestive and elimination organs. Moral of this: To remain youthful, gotta eat the good foods, practice the good habits, think the good thoughts and hang out inverted!🤸🏻♀️Have a marvelous day!🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️
