Before the first bite.
There is a moment, often invisible, that precedes every gastronomic experience: the writing of the menu.
Many believe it is simply a list of dishes. In reality, it is the first point of contact with our guest, the first step in a journey made of flavors, emotions, and imagination. It is there that anticipation is born, curiosity is awakened, and one begins — quietly - to taste.
Writing a menu requires time, precision, and sensitivity. Every word is carefully chosen: not only to describe, but to evoke. To convey identity, territory, and technique. To tell what happens in the kitchen even betore it reaches the plate.
Gastronomy is often called the eighth wonder of the world. And perhaps it truly is — because it brings together culture, art, and passion into something profoundly human. But every wonder needs to be told.
The menu is that work.
It is the threshold between imagination and reality.
It is what accompanies the guest from anticipation to experience.
Because even before tasting, we dream. And everything begins with a word.

Happy International Women’s Day ✨
Today we celebrate all women around the world and, in particular, the many incredible women working in aviation. In the cabin crew profession, women represent a large and essential part of the industry, bringing professionalism, care, elegance and attention to every detail of the passenger experience.

Becoming a Cabin Crew is an exciting and highly professional career path.
Our Academy offers international training courses for Cabin Crew, structured in accordance with EASA standards.
Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA):
• It is a European regulatory qualification that certifies initial training in compliance with EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency) regulations and allows you to work as a Cabin Crew (hostess/steward) with all commercial airlines within the European Union.
• The CCA is issued by the national aviation authority of an EASA Member State.
After obtaining the certification, students are guided toward airline recruitment selections.

What truly makes the difference between a real professional and someone who simply performs a service is the ability to tell the story behind what is being served.
By telling the story of a dish or a product, we create a genuine connection with the guest — a deep emotional and experiential connection. We do more than simply engage them; we allow them to live an experience that stays with them over time. This emotional connection is exactly what guests will carry with them and remember.
