As both a Teacher and an Official Examiner of Spanish with the Instituto Cervantes and International House, I have researched and applied the most effective techniques aimed at developing oral and auditory communication skills. As an Spanish Language Tutor, I will:

• Encourage creative solutions to problems. My previous education includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School, Madrid. I have also had extensive Business experience as a Manager in Multinational corporations as well as being a Founder and Director of my own companies. With my range of skills and experience including negotiation, analysis, consultation and presentation at multiple levels and in various forms, such as;
Boards of Directors, Financing rounds with investors, Candidate selection processes, Negotiation with suppliers and Commercial visits. This combination of experiences means that I know exactly what a professional needs when they also need to take up the challenge of learning to speak and undertake business in Spanish.

Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal decided to "push the limits" by presenting an award in Spanish on Sunday night during the 76th Emmy Awards.

"We were just told that the Emmys are losing a big chunk of their audience, so me and Diego decided to do something to push the limits, to erase the boundaries."

Then, Luna began speaking in Spanish, greeting people with "Buenas noches."

"Greetings to those who speak Spanish in this venue and to the more than 50 million Spanish speakers in this country," Luna continued in Spanish.

Luna and García Bernal then presented the award for Outstanding Directing for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. García Bernal read the winner, Steven Zaillian, also in Spanish.

Every year, Harvard University selects a list of films for students to watch as they begin their studies in cinema. This list is curated by professors who carefully examine the history of cinema and choose the most relevant titles that offer valuable lessons. While primarily intended for those passionate about audiovisual media, these films can also inspire anyone seeking a deeper cinematic experience.

On Harvard's list of recommended films, we find a Spanish gem: Víctor Erice's masterpiece, "El espíritu de la colmena" (The Spirit of the Beehive).

Erice's filmography comprises only four feature films: "El espíritu de la colmena" (The Spirit of the Beehive) (1973), "El Sur" (The South) (1983), "El sol del membrillo" (The Quince Tree Sun) (1992), and "Cerrar los ojos" (Close Your Eyes) (2023), released in theaters recently. The university has chosen to highlight his debut film in this list.
Set in Spain in 1940, in the aftermath of the Civil War, the film follows a group of children in a small town who are fascinated by a screening of the classic horror film "Frankenstein." Among them is Ana, an 8-year-old girl with a vivid imagination who becomes deeply engrossed in the story and believes that the monster's spirit haunts her town.
