GOAL es mucho más que el sector primario, mucho más que el entorno rural que ofrece a nuestros jóvenes oportunidades reales de trabajo, mucho más que aprender inglés y viajar por otros países. GOAL es establecer lazos de amitad entre alumnos quizá para toda la vida, es acercarnos los unos a los otros, es amistad, es conocer personas, es compartir vivencias, es en definitiva crecer como personas.
Una prueba de esto es la siguiente carta que Lorena Pastrana Díaz, alumna de 3º de ESO, ha escrito a su amiga eslovena Ana.
MI AMIGA DE ESLOVENIA
En el colegio estamos viviendo el transcurso del proyecto con mucho entusiasmo y dedicación. Yo desde el principio estaba muy ilusionada, todos los días en mi clase, nuestro profesor de inglés, D. Pedro nos contaba cosas nuevas sobre el proyecto y nos transmitía su enorme afán.
Después de un tiempo, él me pidió mi dirección de correo para entrar en contacto con una chica de Eslovenia, su nombre es Ana Kozamernik. Estaba impaciente por recibir su mensaje y este no tardó en llegar. Primero hablamos por e-mail pero después comenzamos a hablar por Facebook.
Hablamos muchos días y en mi opinión ella es una chica atenta, educada, responsable y muy simpática además de inteligente; habla muy bien inglés y no hemos tenido ningún problema para comunicarnos. Me ha mandado vídeos y fotos para que pudiera ver la nieve que para mí es algo increíble porque en la zona que vivo nunca o casi nunca nieva.
También me ha hablado sobre su afición por los caballos, su familia y sus profesores, a los que tuve la suerte de conocerlos cuando vinieron a nuestro colegio. Recuerdo que el día antes de hablé con ella y le dije que sus profesores estaban en España. Se quedó sorprendida con la noticia porque ella no lo sabía ya que sus profesores no les habían dicho nada. Después cuando sus profesores estuvieron en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, les enviaron una foto a sus alumnos y fue en este momento cuando ellos recibieron la noticia.
Ambas tenemos muchas ganas de conocernos en persona. Hace unos días recibí la noticia de que soy una de las alumnas elegidas para participar en el programa debido a esto, probablemente podremos conocernos en persona. Ella me ha ofrecido hospedarme en su casa si voy a su país y ella sabe que en mi casa también será muy bien recibida si viene a España.
Hemos establecido una bonita amistad y estoy segura de que podríamos ser muy buenas amigas, nos entendemos muy bien y me parece una persona muy interesante.

My friend from Slovenia
At the school we are living the course of the project Erasmus + with much eagerness and dedication. I was very excited from the very beginning. Daily in my class, our English`s teacher Mr Pedro, told us new things about the project and he transmitted us his huge effort.
After a while he requested me my e-mail to establish contact with a girl from Slovenia, whose name is Ana Kozamernik. I was anxious to receive her message, and this one arrived soon. At the beginning we started to talk by e-mail but after that we started to talk by Facebook.
We talked a lot of days and in my opinion she is attentive, educated, responsible and very friendly as well as intelligent. She speaks very well English, and we haven`t got any problem for communication. She has sent me videos and photos to see the snow an incredible fact for me because in the place where I live never or hardly ever it snows.
She has also talked me about her love for horses, her family and also about her teachers, who I luckily could know when he came to our school. I remember that the day before I was talking with she when I said her that her teachers were in Spain. She was surprising with the new because she didn`t know anything about that, because her teachers didn´t say anything to their students. After that, when her teachers were at the Lisbon Airport, they sent a photo to their students, and this was the time when they received the new.
We are looking forward to meet each other in person. Some days ago I have received the new that I am one of chosen students to participle in the program, due to this fact we probably can meet each other in person. She has offered me to stay in her home if I go to her country and she also know that she will be well received in my home if she come to Spain.
We have establish a nice friendship and I'm sure we will be good friends, we understand very well each other and I think that she is a very interesting person.
