Se buscan cuatro jóvenes que tengan capacidad de expresarse en inglés (o ganas de intentarlo) de entre 18 a 24 años para participar en un proyecto sobre metodologías de educación en Rumanía del 16 al 27 de Noviembre.
Project objectives:
➢to gain a broader understanding of what a “sense of initiative and new skills” means.
➢to introduce new and innovative methods to work with youth in this area.
➢to explore ways to empower young people to be more active in their communities through creative methodologies.
➢to gain skills and understanding of how to work on this competence with young people in order to acquire financial education through non-formal learning.
➢to share best practices and useful methods and to gain innovative ideas. Therefore participants will make a video (new skill) in which to present economic concepts seen other young people from their perspective.
➢to support the development of young people, and the commitment to treat the development of each person in a very individual way
➢to support young people in their personal leadership and to generate strategies and tools that serve them to use their creativity, talents and potentials to achieve their goals
➢to support “soft skills” of young people like communication and team work
➢to inspire participants to share the acquirements from the project with other mentors within the respective organisations they come from:
• to develop economic competences
• to give participants a new perspectives to their work in NGO departments
➢to inspire participants to work as trainers for other young people
➢to learn conversation and questioning techniques
➢to support the employability of project participants in the fields of Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in business or NGO sector
to discover opportunities for future co-operations and projects within Erasmus+.

➢Non-formal education methods
➢Experiences sharing

Profile of participants:
➢highly motivated
➢aged 18 - 24
➢actively involved in youth work
➢ready to implement the ideas in their everyday practice
➢4 participants per organization (2 male and 2 female from each NGO) and 1 group leader
➢Working language: English.
➢Level of english – Independent user. Definition: He/She can understand the main points of clear standard speech on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure. He/She can understand the main point of many radio or TV programmes on current affairs or topics of personal or professional interest when the delivery is relatively slow and clear. He/She can enter unprepared into conversation topics that are familiar. He/She can take an active part in discussion for sustaining his/hers views.
➢For selecting among the partners, each partner will provide this selection criteria.
