I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Gustav and Akemi for the outstanding
organization of the 4th AAF Conference 2026 in Porto. Once again, you created
something truly special. Beyond the inspiring presentations and stimulating
discussions, what makes this conference so unique is the opportunity to reconnect with
dear colleagues and friends from all over the world while also welcoming new faces
into our ever-growing piano family. The networking opportunities were simply
exceptional, fostering meaningful conversations, future collaborations, and friendships
that extend far beyond the conference itself. The entire event was incredibly
motivating and reminded all of us why we are so passionate about what we do. Thank
you both for your tireless dedication, generosity, and vision. Organizing an event of this
scale is no small achievement, and thanks to your hard work, every participant was
able to enjoy an unforgettable experience in the beautiful city of Porto. Because in the
end, what we build together is far greater than any competition—it is a worldwide
community connected by music, friendship, and a shared passion for the piano. See
you all at the next AAF Conference.
