The A Team (that’s Pilots 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶 and 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲) recently took a family on a tour to Can Pizà Boutique Winery, an organic vineyard in Santa Maria, Mallorca. 🍷

The family started their day at The Helicopter Centre HQ in Son Bonet Aerodrome, before taking a scenic 30-minute tour and touching down at Can Pizà. 🍇

We've had some 'special' weather today: rain, grey skies, gusts of wind. ☔

The Robinson R22 helicopter from above. 🚁

We use this helicopter 𝗔 𝗟𝗢𝗧 for beginner pilot training. Why? It's cheap to operate (keeping student costs down), and it's highly responsive, requiring only the lightest of touches, so once you've mastered the precision of the R22, transitioning to larger helicopters is 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 bit easier... 🧑‍✈️

It's about time we introduced you properly to 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲. 👋

𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 is a 26-year-old Swedish helicopter pilot. She's on an 'Integrated Commercial Helicopter Pilot Training' course (in Sweden) which includes a six-month internship. Where better to spend that than in Mallorca with us?! 🏝️

She brings experience flying the Robinson R22 and R44, making her a fantastic addition to our team. 👥

𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲's favourite things about working with us? The great weather is a bonus, but it’s her wonderful, funny colleagues (!), the dynamic environment, and the industry networking opportunities that truly make it special. ✨

The Helicopter Centre is the perfect launchpad for her aviation career, and we are so glad 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 chose to spend the summer with us. 🚁
