soul level, to create a life of true happiness and inner confidence. I believe our lives are controlled by our thoughts which in turn become feelings that causes our behaviour. Our body keeps us locked in these behaviour loops as a safety system, favouring the familiar in order to function. When we develop limiting beliefs, they turn into self sabotaging thoughts, feelings and behaviours and so the loop goes round and round in an ever self defeating cycle. But we can break free of this cycle and the first step is understanding how this system works and why we believe what we do about our selves and the world. I like to work in a multifaceted approach. I have found that if we can help the body to neutralise these old self sabotaging behaviours, we can then assist the client achieve a new existence and through Transformational Hypnotherapy and spiritual practices we are able to align the Mind, Body and Spirit so it works as one complete beautiful system. It creates a life of purpose, guidance and inner confidence.
