The role is primarily focused on their 3-year-old, working alongside another nanny.

The older children are independent but require support with school runs, clubs and activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Sole and shared care of the 3-year-old
• Planning fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting routine and development
• School runs and driving to clubs/activities
• Occasional support across all children when needed
• Working collaboratively with the existing nanny

The successful candidate should be warm, engaging and confident, with the ability to balance a fun and playful approach with clear boundaries. The family environment is busy and dynamic, so someone organised, adaptable and positive would be a great fit.

PLEASE READ

We are deeply saddened by the recent actions of a ‘client’

As always, we strive to accommodate last minute bookings, and on this recent occasion we were able to place our head nanny Melanie on a 2 day booking with less than 24hours notice.

As the booking was over multiple days, as per our T&C’s we only require a deposit to secure.
After our nanny successfully completed her booking we have been ignored, blocked, AND NOT PAID.

We will be following this up to our best ability, but from now on we will now require FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE for all last minute bookings, starting within 48hrs. This is so ensure our hardworking nanny’s, and ourselves receive full payment for our services.

POLITE NOTICE

We would like to remind everyone that we work SOLEY to the availability of our bespoke nannying team. We do understand your frustration when our replies aren’t immediate, but once we receive an enquiry - we put these details out to our whole team & wait to see if a nanny is available for your dates.

This can sometimes take longer than 24hrs!

Please bear in mind that we are all human, myself included - and the majority of us are all mothers too! If a nanny is on a booking, they will NOT be checking their phones/emails until they are finished. They then may wait to contact me until the next day if it’s a late finish!

We do ask for as much notice as possible for your booking dates, which allows all parties time to confirm everything in a timely manner. If you give us short notice, we may not be able to turn things around for you in the timing you would like due to having a full schedule.

We do our upmost best to accommodate all last minute bookings when possible, but for best results please contact us as soon as possible. We have clients that book up to a year in advance to guarantee bookings & the same nanny!
