I am surprised how many people use toothpicks in public right after a meal ….

They should never be used or held in the mouth at table, or while conversing with any one, either at or away from the table.

Going to the sauna is a great way to relax, so keep these basic tips in mind.
If you respect yourself and others, you will be likely to succeed.
Cover up for hygiene and common decency.
Begin with a quick shower and remove your make-up; you're going to relax, not to a fashion show.
Leave your phone in your bag and bring a large towel to cover your seat, don't be too loud or move from one side to the other all the time.
Avoid staring at other people, don't forget to use a small towel to dab your face.

Don't reach under your seat-generations before you have left their spit-soaked gum there for years. 🤣

To properly dispose of gum, wrap it in paper and place it in a bin.
