Last Saturday we had an energetic seminar on the foundations of Phyllis Krystal's method "Cutting the Ties that Bind" at SOAR in Gracia, Barcelona. Participants were introduced to the main ideas and practices, using life size models of the Circle of Golden Light, The Figure 8, and the Yin-Yang for balancing head and heart. We look forward to offering more courses in the New Year. Thank you to all who participated! Thank you to Paulina Roa for creating the amazing models that really help to embody the practices.

El sábado pasado celebramos un seminario muy dinámico sobre los fundamentos del método de Phyllis Krystal «Cortando los Lazos que Atan» en SOAR, en Gracia, Barcelona. Se presentó a los participantes las ideas y prácticas principales, utilizando modelos a tamaño real del Círculo de Luz Dorada, la Figura 8 y el Yin-Yang para equilibrar la cabeza y el corazón. Esperamos poder ofrecer más cursos en el nuevo año. ¡Gracias a todos los que participaron! Este taller tiene muchas capas. Creo que cada persona se llevará una, dos o incluso muchas ideas nuevas que marcarán una diferencia real en sus vidas.

When people of all ages, nationalities and personality types come together for a common learning experience the results can be incredibly powerful. And so it was during our Cutting the Ties that Bind (CTB) seminar in Lalita Devi near Caceres, Spain in August 2025. Spaniards, North Americans, Brits and Germans - with ages from 18 up into their 70s - met in the idyllic setting of Lalita Devi to discover more about the CTB method and, in so doing, more about themselves.
We especially want to thank all at Lalita Devi for helping facilitate the seminar and for providing the incredible food and service. And if you weren’t able to attend this time (or want to repeat the enriching experience!) then watch this space as we hope to organize another seminar in the next few months. Also stay tuned for announcements about in-person CTB seminars in Madrid and Barcelona or please get in touch if you’re keen to organize a seminar somewhere else with us.
