¿Porque usar ésta nueva store es un buen complemento a parte de la store nativa?
Algo muy importante es que la store original no está actualizada ya que desde los plugins no continuados por los desarrolladores no aparecerán y algunos son muy útiles. Desde enero de 2013 se anunciaba la versión 8 de Sketchup revisada por 5a vez. Sketchup 8 M5, equivalente a la 8.0.16846.

En ésta web podemos encontrar un listado de lo que se ha corregido. Des afortunadamente son muy escasas correcciones y siendo el cambio de icono el más llamativo.

Para las versiones "no oficiales" cabe decir que se ha testado y produce un error al acceder a los paneles de preferencias siendo imposible cambiar configuraciones. Recomendado no actualizar a M5, por ahora M4 es la versión estable.

Cada día se aprende algo nuevo y hoy no tiene porqué ser una excepción. Casualmente hemos topado con una página web dedicada a aportar un plug-in para sketchup de manera gratuita con el propósito de poder exportar el contenido del archivo a un juego. Recientemente o al menos la última actualización es interesante en la cual argumentan una mayor estabilidad con el motor físico CryEngine 3. Un juego que hace unos años representó éste motor fue Crysis 2 y ahora Crysis 3.
Por nuestra parte investigaremos sus posibilidades pero surgen las preguntas.
