El pasado viernes recibí una mala noticia de Ruanda. El centro con el que llevaba colaborando desde 2015 “Les Enfants de Dieu”, un centro de rehabilitación para niños de la calle, ha tenido que cerrar sus puertas este lunes 31 de Agosto por órdenes del gobierno, algo que también afectará a todos los centros parecidos en todo el país.
He hecho un vídeo contando un poco mi experiencia para mostrar mi apoyo en este momento tan difícil para ellos.

En “Les Enfants de Dieu” hacían un trabajo que, a pesar de los pocos medios, sacaban adelante con dignidad y tantas veces con éxito cambiando la vida de muchos niños que no tenían ninguna esperanza. Es algo que he podido presenciar en persona y es extraordinario.
Os animo a que hagáis una donación al centro. No solo ayudará a aliviar un poco su situación, sino que todavía puede ayudar a pagar las tasas para el colegio para los niños que aún dependen de ellos para este año, y especialmente, es un reconocimiento a un trabajo injustamente poco valorado y de tanta importancia.

Last Friday I received bad news from Rwanda. "Les Enfants de Dieu", a rehabilitation center for street children, which I had been collaborating with since 2015, has had to close its doors this Monday, August 31 by orders of the government, something that will also affect all centers similar across the country.

In "Les Enfants de Dieu" they did a job which, despite the few means, they carried out with dignity and so many times successfully changing the lives of many children who had no hope. It is something that I have been able to witness in person and it is really extraordinary.
I encourage you to make a donation to the center. Not only will it help to alleviate their situation a bit, but it can still help pay the college fees for the children who still depend on them for this year, and especially, it is an acknowledgment for work which, unfairly, has little recognition but of a such a great significance.
