Education is evolving fast — and the educators who thrive are the ones who know how to lead change, not just keep up with it.🚀
In our rapidly changing world of education, a key skill for professional success for both teachers and school administrators is being able to navigate this changing landscape. Understanding the nature of innovation and effectively applying frameworks for creation and implementation are paramount to meaningfully engage students and to keep educational practices current and relevant. 🎯
Endicott International’s Innovative Practices in International Education demystifies this often-used concept and provides a unique experience for international educators. Using a highly interactive and hands-on approach, students study the theory of innovative practices, examine various types of innovative practices, and build a professional toolbox of techniques 🧰 to identify workable and sustainable innovative practices that can be applied in the student’s educational context.
The culminating project walks students through the innovation journey from ideation to implementation and provides them with an easy-to-use process and guiding documentation that builds school stakeholder ownership, examines risk, and provides techniques for managing teams as they move through the innovation change process. 🫱🏼🫲🏽

🌍 More news for our International Education Community!
We are absolutely thrilled to welcome another new faculty member to the Endicott International community, Dr. Anita Churchville!
She brings a wealth of expertise in equity, inclusion, and developing the next generation of educational leaders, promising to bring new, innovative perspectives to our students.🏫
"I'm so thrilled to be joining the Endicott College community as an instructor, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm an educational consultant, founder of the HAGT Learners Collaborative, and a lifelong advocate for gifted, twice-exceptional, and neurodiverse learners. My work takes me across the globe, providing professional development, school audits, and coaching at private international schools. I've built and led special and gifted education programs at the American School of Bombay, the American School of Doha, and Academia Cotopaxi, and I spent years supporting schools across the Los Angeles Unified School District before relocating internationally.
I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a master's in special and gifted education, a K–12 principal's license, and certifications as an educational diagnostician and instructional coach. I've had the privilege of presenting at conferences around the world—from EARCOS and SENIA to WCGTC and AIELOC. I also love academic writing, and I've published book chapters and articles for U.S. and international outlets. I'm passionate about equity, inclusion, and developing the next generation of educational leaders. I can't wait to learn alongside all of you; this community is already feeling like home!"
Join us in giving Dr. Anita Churchville a warm welcome to our Endicott International family! 🎓✨

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Virginia Prairie to the Endicott International family! As we continue to shape the future of education on a global scale, Dr. Prairie brings incredible expertise in meaningful learning experiences and coherent curriculum systems to our students.✨
"For more than 25 years, I have worked as an educator and administrator in international schools across six countries, supporting teachers and leaders in designing meaningful learning experiences and coherent curriculum systems. I am especially energized by mentoring educators and developing learning leaders who are able to connect ideas to practice in ways that strengthen both teaching and learning.📚
I believe schools are at their best when learning leaders are supported in becoming their best. My work is grounded in the idea that thoughtful leadership, strong relationships, and clear learning design help create environments where both educators and students can grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Helping leaders grow into their best work is not just a professional focus for me; it is part of what gives my work meaning."
