“¿Es posible…?” is grammatically correct, but in Spain it usually sounds too formal or translated from English.

Everyday Spanish is much more direct and natural ✨

Save this if you want to sound more like a native in Spain 🇪🇸

In Spanish, we normally DON’T use:
➡️ a mí / a ti / a nosotros / a vosotros
after verbs like decir, preguntar, contar, comentar…

Instead, we instantly replace them with pronouns:

âś… me
âś… te
âś… nos
âś… os

So instead of:

❌ “Ella dijo a mí”
we say:
✅ “Ella me dijo” = “She told me”

❌ “Yo dije a él”
✅ “Yo le dije” = “I told him”

❌ “Ella preguntó a mí”
✅ “Ella me preguntó” = “She asked me”

A super common structure in Spain is using the pretérito perfecto:

✅ “Me ha dicho que…”
= “He/She told me that…”

✅ “Me ha preguntado dónde vivo”
= “He/She asked me where I live”

✅ “Nos ha contado una historia”
= “He/She told us a story”

For questions, you’ll often hear:

✅ me ha preguntado qué…
✅ me ha preguntado cuándo…
✅ me ha preguntado dónde…
✅ me ha preguntado cómo…

And if it’s a completed past action, we also use:

✅ “Me dijo…”
✅ “Me preguntó…”

Useful verbs you’ll hear ALL the time 👇

• me contó = told me
• me comentó = mentioned to me
• me avisó = warned/informed me
• me recordó = reminded me
• me invitó = invited me

These little pronouns are one of the BIGGEST keys to sounding natural in Spanish 🇪🇸
