Your brain adores patterns and colors. Look at the flowers and notice the structure:
• The Pot & Stem: This is the base of the verb, the part that never changes (CANT-, BEB-, SUB-).
• The Leaf: It shows you the verb family (-AR, -ER, -IR).
• The Petals: The endings that change depending on the person speaking (Yo, Tú, Él...). The colors help you match them instantly!

A veces, una sola palabra puede cambiarlo todo. No es lo mismo "salir con alguien" que "tener una relación seria", ¿verdad? 😉

En español, tenemos expresiones muy específicas para cada etapa del corazón. Como apasionada de la lógica de nuestro idioma, hoy quiero compartirte este mapa visual para que nunca dudes al describir tu situación sentimental:

🔹 El Estado Civil (Verbo ESTAR): Usamos "estar" porque lo vemos como algo que puede cambiar (¡aunque sea para siempre!).
• Estoy soltera, estoy casado, estoy divorciada...

🔹 La Pareja (Verbo TENER): Hablamos de la persona que nos acompaña.
• Tengo novio, tengo marido, tengo pareja.

🔹 Hablar de Relaciones (Acciones):
• Conocer a alguien: El primer chispazo. ⚡
• Salir con alguien: Cuando la cosa se pone interesante.
• Tener una relación: Cuando ya hay un compromiso.

Un pequeño secreto de experta RAE:
🧐 ¿Sabías que en España usamos mucho "mi marido" o "mi mujer", mientras que en muchos países de Latinoamérica prefieren "mi esposo" o "mi esposa"? Ambas son correctas, pero conocer estas variantes te hará sonar mucho más natural y fluido.

Muchos alumnos me preguntan: "Raquel, ¿cuándo debo duplicar una consonante en español?". A diferencia del inglés o el italiano, donde las consonantes dobles aparecen por todas partes, el español es mucho más selectivo y ordenado.

Para no fallar nunca, solo tienes que recordar este nombre:
CaRoLiNa.

Solo estas cuatro consonantes pueden aparecer duplicadas en nuestra lengua:

🍎 CC: acción, lección, reacción, ...
🐕 RR: perro, carro, arriba, ...
☔ LL: lluvia, calle, pollo, ...
🧠 NN: innecesario, connotación, ennoblecer, ...

¿Por qué nos confundimos? 🤔

Si vienes de otros idiomas, es normal que tu cerebro quiera duplicar más letras.

Por ejemplo:
En Inglés, duplicamos casi todo: Apple, common, possible.
En Italiano, las dobles definen el significado: nonno, gatto, penne.

Pero en español, si no está en CaRoLiNa, ¡no se duplica! 🚫

Como ex-investigadora de la RAE, me encanta enseñar estos "atajos" que transforman la complejidad en algo intuitivo. Aprender la lógica del idioma es el camino más rápido a la fluidez.

Did you know that the name "CaRoLiNa" holds the biggest secret of Spanish spelling? 👩✨

Many students ask me, "Raquel, when should I double a consonant in Spanish?" Unlike English or Italian, where double consonants appear everywhere, Spanish is much more selective and organized.

To never make a mistake, you just have to remember this name: CaRoLiNe.

Only these four consonants can appear doubled in our language:
🍎 CC: acción, lección, reacción, ...

❌ Don't just say "pedir" (to ask) or "permiso" (permission).
✅ Learn the complete phrase: "pedir una excedencia" (to request a leave of absence) or "conceder un permiso de paternidad" (to grant paternity leave).

Why is this method faster?

1. Instant fluency: Your brain doesn't have to construct the sentence word by word.

2. Natural accuracy: You avoid sounding like an automatic translator.
