Last Monday, the students from Da Vinci College started their project in a rainy Málaga. They are taking part in the Málaga Business Bootcamp and, after their Spanish lessons, they began working on real assignments for local entrepreneurs.
Three different entrepreneurs are participating, each with their own challenge. The students were divided into teams based on the Belbin Team Roles test, which they completed beforehand. This helps us create balanced teams and gives each student a role that fits their strengths.
This Friday, the students will give their final presentations and show the entrepreneurs, teachers, fellow students and our team what they have worked on and whether they have achieved their goals.
